Land Auction Selling 230-Plus Parcels In Suffolk County Could Bring In Nearly $34M

More than 230 plots of mainly residential lands in Suffolk County will be sold at auction this month, Long Island Business News reported.

Private landowner and developer Robert Toussie is selling some of his properties, said the article.

The lands are not developed and are located in Babylon, Brookhaven, East Hampton, Huntington, Islip, and Southampton, according to LIBN.

The land ranges from an Eastport woodland lot which is 5,000 square feet whose starting bid is $7,000 to 15 acres of property approved for subdivision in East Hampton whose starting bid is $4 million, said the article.

Toussie's properties at their minimum bid prices if sold would yield $33.5 million.

The Suffolk County Land Auction is May 14 and 15, both days from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., at Hyatt Regency Long Island at Wind Watch Golf Club, 1717 Motor Parkway, Hauppauge.
